Solana wallet address (when you connect or register for waitlist), email address (if provided for waitlist notifications), transaction history (public on Solana blockchain), device/browser information (via cookies).
2. How We Use Your Information
To process NFT minting and marketplace transactions, verify waitlist reservations and SOL payments, distribute monthly trade income to eligible holders, send notifications about minting, distributions, and updates, and improve our platform and services.
3. Data Storage & Security
On-chain data (wallet addresses, transactions) is stored on the Solana blockchain — this is public and immutable. Off-chain data (email, waitlist entries) is stored securely in our database. We do not store private keys or wallet passwords.
4. Blockchain Transparency
Solana is a public blockchain. All transactions, wallet addresses, and NFT ownership records are publicly visible. Your Solana address is visible to anyone.
5. Third-Party Services
Solana RPC nodes (for blockchain communication), Phantom/Solflare/Backpack wallets (for wallet connection), Arweave/IPFS (for NFT metadata storage). We do not sell your data to third parties.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies.
7. User Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your off-chain data. On-chain data cannot be deleted (blockchain is immutable). Contact us via X to exercise these rights.
