TERMS OF SERVICE FOR MEGAOPT (MEGAOPTITRON)
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By connecting a Solana wallet, minting, purchasing, locking, or trading MegaOpt NFTs, you agree to these Terms. You must be 18+ and not in a sanctioned jurisdiction.
2. Description of Services
MegaOpt is a Solana-based digital collectibles marketplace with 10,000 chibi robot NFTs. 30 are creator-reserved, 9,970 are public. Five rarity tiers (Common 1.0 SOL, Rare 1.5 SOL, Epic 2.0 SOL, Legendary 3.5 SOL, Mythic 5.0 SOL). The platform includes a secondary marketplace, lock-in mechanism, and $ORB absorb points system.
3. NFT Ownership & License
Token ownership is governed by Solana smart contracts. NFT holders receive a personal, non-exclusive license to display and use their NFT artwork. Commercial use exceeding $10,000/year requires written permission. MegaOpt retains all IP and branding rights.
4. Lock-in Mechanism & Rewards
Lock-in is voluntary and IRREVERSIBLE during the chosen period (30 days to 10 years). Locked NFTs activate automated trading, earn $ORB absorb points, and qualify for 25% monthly trade income distribution. $ORB airdrop is planned for Q3 2027 (1B supply) but is not guaranteed.
5. Marketplace Fees
Flat 2.5% marketplace fee + 5% creator royalty on all secondary trades. No platform fee on minting.
6. Risk Disclaimers
Crypto is extremely volatile. NFTs can lose all value. No profit is guaranteed. Smart contracts may have bugs. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
7. No Investment Advice & Unlicensed Trading Disclaimer
MegaOpt is a digital collectibles marketplace and software utility provider — NOT a financial advisor, broker, or money manager. The creator operates in a jurisdiction where unlicensed trading is illegal. Trading automation tools are user-directed software interfaces only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
MegaOpt and Bench Dee are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the NFT.
9. Refund Policy
All NFT sales and SOL transactions are FINAL. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. No refunds are available for minting, marketplace purchases, or SOL sent to the waitlist wallet.
10. Intellectual Property
MegaOpt, MegaOptitron, and Chibi Robot designs are owned by Bench Dee. All trademarks and copyrights are reserved.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Creator's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration where possible.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
